Mailing lists

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information. We use a third-party provider, Campaign Monitor, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within minutes and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.

When you submit a contact form we store this information in our database. This information will be stored as long as we find it relevant to improve customer service, but we strive not to keep your records for longer than necessary.
